Hi Everyone - Welcome to the new website for GML Designs.
Here you will find items that I have handcrafted from scratch. Over the years I have changed the textiles I use to create my bags and accessories. Some are cotton, some are upholstery weight fabrics, some are leather and some are a combination. ALL are made by me!
I have been sewing for longer than I care to share, but have been sewing with leather for almost 10 years now. For those who use this medium they will agree that each hide is different. It has different characteristics, different weights, different feel, temper and look. This is why I absolutely love working with leather - no two items are ever the same.
I have a pet friendly workspace, which really means my two supervisors are comfortably sleeping on the job, but keep me company nonetheless.
